Gjithashtu, jan\u00eb ofruar rekomandime konkrete p\u00ebr politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit vendas n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe qendror, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb promovohet p\u00ebrfshirja e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb ruajtjen dhe promovimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi p\u00ebrcakton objektiva t\u00eb qarta dhe t\u00eb matshme dhe propozon politika dhe nd\u00ebrhyrje q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb angazhimin dhe kontributin e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>N\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes paraqitet nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse e nevoj\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjeve n\u00eb sektor duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e e mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore. Gjithashtu, synohet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen objektiva t\u00eb qarta dhe t\u00eb matshme p\u00ebr rritjen dhe angazhimin e t\u00eb rinjve por edhe t\u00eb propozohen politika apo nd\u00ebrhyrje q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin dhe i japin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore dhe kultur\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb parasysh nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht kontekstet lokale, komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.
