Kulla njihet ndryshe edhe si Kulla e Barutit sepse p\u00ebrdorej si depo baruti n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn osmane. Kulla ndodhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr, posht\u00eb vil\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbretit Zog dhe mbi amfiteatrin, ajo ofron nj\u00eb pamje panoramike t\u00eb qytetit, detit dhe maleve. Kulla ka form\u00eb rrethore dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar prej guri dhe tullash. Ka nj\u00eb diamet\u00ebr rreth 10 metra dhe nj\u00eb lart\u00ebsi rreth 8 metra. Kulla ka dy kate, t\u00eb lidhura me nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb spirale. Kati i par\u00eb ka nj\u00eb tavan t\u00eb harkuar dhe kat\u00ebr dritare, nd\u00ebrsa kati i dyt\u00eb ka nj\u00eb kupol\u00eb dhe gjasht\u00eb dritare.
